Online purchases can be returned directly the House of Knives warehouse via courier. These items cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. House of Knives stores can assist by shipping your return to the warehouse for processing.
Any claims for packages marked delivered that are missing must be claimed within 5 days through the Route application or via this link: Claims
Items must be in original condition and include their original packaging. House of Knives reserves the right to apply a restocking fee if items do not meet this standard.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Returns for online purchases must be approved by our Returns Department before they are sent back. Returns sent back without approval will be denied.
Any “Gift/Bonus with Purchase” items must accompany the return to receive a full refund. If these items do not accompany the return, the retail value of the Gift/Bonus items will be deducted from the total refund.
All returns that were shipped with Free Shipping will incur a $10-$20 shipping charge depending on the location the item was shipped to. This will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be processed back to the same method of payment used to pay for the order.
Items such as razors,/sets, and other personal care items are non-returnable and final sale for hygienic reasons.
Items that are clearance or final sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
